This is clearly a scam, they have tried most of what is previously posted. Said I was served, said I had 2 open transactions, said I took out a loan for over $1,100, and stated a company I worked for 20 years ago. Any ideas on who to turn them into? I have a call blocker app that is nor blocking their calls, but they still are able to leave messages. Think I will keep the messages, I think after like 10 you can sue. Anyone up for class action???
Called me at my son's in-laws home number. I don't even use this number for anything. Left a message that I was going to be served at home or work. I'm retired and have been for years. I called them back and was only able to leave a message for a return call. I got the same calls last year but on my cell number which I don't have anymore.
These people will not leave me alone. I also have the caller blocked but they can leave messages. Absolutely ridiculous. I just closed on a house, so I KNOW for a fact there is nothing negative on my credit. These people are just trying to scam people out of their money by scaring them. If you know so much about me, why are you having to ASK where I work and live? You would have access to my credit to look it up. Unbelievable nerve of these bozos.
Have been getting calls asking for a Sally Jenkins at my number or leave a message saying she would be served at her work place or residence .I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON !
Left message on my voice mail telling me they were serving papers to a residence/place of employment. Funny thing is, they said it was for my sister but called on my phone. I called them back to tell them to stop calling my number and they hung up on me!
I get these calls every year or so. Here are some tips that will hopefully help.1 - Process Servers will NEVER call you ahead of time; it would totally defeat their purpose.2 - You can call your local courthouse and see if there are any open cases against you.I know this because after I got that first call I nearly had a panic attack... but when I called the police they told me the above.3 - Breathe, delete the message, and block the number.Peace.
Keeps calling never gives name of there company or company that has a complaint leaves messages on voice mail and answering machine to press any number to get to there office

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.
Sounds like a potential call center scam.
Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
Called today and left no message. No caller ID, so I did not pick up the call.
