I'd be happy to join any lawsuit I don't know if y'all are getting the same as me but they call me on a local number then tell me to call 4342348021 and give me a reference number. My son was telling me not to call because I don't go or do anything to get in trouble while my husband says to call. I tried calling back both numbers but it only rings. Tried looking up the number and it brought me here so thanks everyone.

Recording informing "Christine Castaneda" that she has been served papers. Well she doesn't live here and I've never heard of her, if she even exists. Yes, the same tired scammers that call my landline at least five times a day almost every day of the week.

Apparently the FTC doesn't want to hear from folks being scammed; the website now tries to send you to the National DNC list, a total waste of time if you have been contacted by criminals, as in this case.

Does anybody know who these ppl are? They just started calling from a 215 number and have been calling my family, fiancé, and old neighbors from a different area code based on where they live. I obviously know it's a scam but have no idea who I am reporting in my complaint with the FTC and attorney general. My fiancé called them yesterday to try and get the fake name of whatever company they are saying to be and they hung up on him twice saying they would remove his number never asking who he was. I even answered the phone this morning when they called and it was a ro I dial same message but saying I would be served since they couldn't reach me by phone. I continue to block the numbers but have issue that they are harassing other ppl claiming I did something illegal which is the furthest thing from the truth. I just purchased a home - I have no other debts or collections. I have no idea how they even got my number?! I just want the harassment and my good name to stop being drug through the mud. I'm sure that could be said for all of us on this thread.

These people, I swear!!!! Not only are they calling me, but they are calling my 16 year old son while he's in class and leaving the same message!!! First time scared the bejesus out of him.

Called my cell asking for my husband. I called back and they wanted me to verify the last four of his social. Which of course I didnt. Then he got angry and said he wasnt going to play dumbass games with me.FYI, I work in the finance industry. You are not going to call someone you are serving, give information to a person claiming to be a relative, or even call them a dumbass...move on!

They have called me 9 times this week, and all my family trying to use the same tatics as stated above. Considering I dont have any outstanding debts, and they are asking me for my address and place of employment is a giant red flag. Telling me the last time they called it was the final call I had been served and they were coming to my place of employment that day to serve me and it was my final notice before I forfeit all rights, yet called two days later and said it was my last chance again to call and pay off some debt. I get these types of calls all the time, they use my last name from before I was adopted (or could legally even have a loan let alone debt) Wish I knew how to find the company.

This is apparently some sort of scam, they have been calling me periodically for years. I have finally grown tired of their harrasing call an reported it to the phone company. The phone company has shown me how to do a number trace,and I plan to notify the FCC the next time I get a call from any number like this.

It came through as a local number, but the message had this number.I'm still waiting for the scammers from 2 years ago to show up, they had the same "you've been served" dealio.
