I keep getting calls from these people everyday threatening to serve me papers at my home or on my job. Clearly these are scammers. My 16 yrs as a collections/litigation representative taught me that if a buisness is trying to sue you, they do not call to forwarn you that they are looking to serve you. I keep telling these people to stop calling my house and now they are harrasing my mother.

I fell for this once before, so I am assuming this has made me a prime candidate. They got me for $500. Years ago, I had a few payday loans so the fact that they were referencing this made it real. BUT, I have money now. And an attorney. And he checked it out for me to return what I was afraid of. They got me.

I am completely up for one. It's been really weird. Calling me multiple times, saying I need to pay my debt in Itune cards. I'm was like, what?

I got one better. I got a message from this number today... through my old phone number (which I still have through google voice even though I don't use it)... for my SISTER... who I just put on my phone plan. Well my old phone number has nothing to do with my new phone number. And my phone number should have nothing to do with my sister!Big hint when they don't say what company they are calling on behalf of. And what the heck is a "fax order complaint"? Who the heck even uses faxes anymore???SUPER ANNOYING! BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK!

Keep gettin this call first it was a man on the machine now it's a lady calling from a local number but wants you to call back too a 434 number makes no sence

Same thing threatening me that because I won't answer the phone or call them back that they will contact my place of employment. They do not use your name it's a recording and they hope you get all upset and call them and give them your personal information.

Same as posted except I have 2 cases and they call 2 to 3 times a day. I am also on the national do not call list which means nothing.

Called several times and left message as my call blocking app sent it straight to voice mail. Same script: I am forfeiting my right to handle this matter outside my county. Sending someone to my home or human resources department to serve me with papers. Needs to verify home and work address to proceed with the next procedure but if I call today the client is willing to settle the matter. CLEARLY a scam. DO NOT pay these bottom feeders.

Same as everyone here. My calls are from a local area code with the message to call this number back and give this case number or reference number: ZHR1433. I'm ignoring them and just deleting all the messages. Very annoying.
