Called asked the guy if he wanted my address so he could serve me with imaginary papers for the imaginary claims. He said no then just started laughing like a maniac and telling me I was on drugs.

Same here. Anyone who looks for me by my maiden name I immediately don't trust. I have no outstanding debt under that name. Or under my married name either. I know who I owe money to and make sure they are paid. Idiots.

07/22/17These people are clearly scammers. Tried saying they were going to send someone to serve me papers.....to a residence and employer, I blocked there number I've been getting phone calls like this for quite sometime almost every day, diff numbers, losers.

An obvious scam. Threatening to serve papers at work and home. They do not id who they represent. Leave a bogus claim number.

i get this call but instead of my name they said Sam Posse.the number they are calling from is 1 8056377234 yet they show a 617 207 8468 IDIOTS

Called from 3132097487 for me to call back 4342348021 or be served "if" they find me. Calls from several different numbers, all with the same call back #. Scam scam scam. Don't even have my name right

I got the same exact message. If you are being served they don't call you and you don't know it is about to happen. I wish I could block all these calls from happening completely. They don't stop even when you tell them not to call again.

They have been calling my daughter with the exact same message looking for me...

I got my first voicemail from them this morning, with the incoming call # coming from my state (KY), saying they've received a fax order regarding a complaint that was filed against me and they have the documents to serve me at either my residence or place of employment, and that if I have any questions or concerns or wish to rectify the situation to press any key to connect directly to their office or call back the (434) 234-8021 number (VA) and reference file # such and such. Apparently they also called my boyfriends phone and left the same exact message. When he calls them back they tell him that they need to contact me regarding bad checks and that's all they're allowed to tell him. But the only person I write checks to is my landlord. So to me this sounds like a scam. And I will not be calling them back.

Also at the end of the message they tell me that I have "officially been notified", which I didn't even know was possible or even legal to do by phone let alone over a voicemail. Lol
