They are filling up my answer machine to call them back an to give them money. Why. ??

Call every day about a telephone company debt!! Every Harassing!!

yep call my office all the time and "please hold for...." we always tell them this is a office line please do not call this line. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING.

They have been calling my aunt's home phone in another state repeatedly. How they got her # I dunno or why.I don't have a home landline. Haven't had in years. Just a couple of cell phones that are, of course, not subject to listing. And on different networks. Don't know why they call my distant relatives looking for me.I filed Ch. 7 bankruptcy a few years back. All debts were erased. These guys are based in Cleavland, Ohio I think. Funny, but I was recently hit on thru my Facebook page by this young hottie who says she wants to meet me really bad. Even tho I'm several states away. Herlocation?,,,Cleavland, Ohio...ROFLMAO!

That's a bunch of bull. You sure you don't work for them? Cause, they'll call anyone with zombie debt (debt owed beyond the 7 years). Proof is required of debt owed and calling someone to inform them of a debt does not constitute proper notification.

These people keep call claim to be a debt collector for college I attended. They claim to be the attorney general's law department. They claim they can confiscate my car about a unpaid bill. I have never heard of such a thing.so when I called them back no one recognize my phone number. Or my name. I knew anything about the bill.

McCarthy Burgess & Wolffthe voicemail left today said the law offices. No law office from what I am finding. I received a threatning loud yelling phone call and the lady threatened to KILL me. I wanted explanation of the high bill in writting with details. I would pay it. I do not deny that I owe a debt but was working with the creditor now I have to deal with this! I would file with the BBB and every agency around. I called my local police on the call and the voice mail they left claiming to be attorneys.

I have been contact by this agency,regarding some charged off credit card debt.I haven"t actually spoken with anyone yet.I dont really have any money to speak of now,but I am selling my house ,then intend to settle my debt.What do you charge for help with situations like this?Thanks,David McDonaldSherrills Ford NC 28673
