Just received a call from this number. It just says "Housecalls" on the I.D. There was no one on the line just an open line. Probably a robo-call.

my husband has uhc advantage plan, had the nurse visit already, one suggestion was a good one, but they keep pushing him to take asprin daily because of his chf. and we keep telling them, he has asthma and copd and the doc said not to take asprin because it triggers his lung problems. beside another thing, his chf is not the kind of heart condition that asprin would help, he has a enlarged heart and the Cardiac catheterization he has had every 5 years show all clear. plus they want him to get one of those medicine dividers for his morning noon and night med even though he has them divided into three drawers on his sink and it works well for him. grrrr. but what i have a question about is this call. the nurse was already here, not this person calls from optum mtm 443-853-6889. he is calling back tonight. i do not know if i can trust what this is about. said they want to talk with him about the medication advantages his insurance offers. oh and another thing, the insurance company has in years past tried to get him to take statin drugs which he had adverse reactions to in the past and the doc has in notes he can not take them. so i am just wanting to be prepared for when they call back as to what they want.

called about my prescription refill... that i dont have. I'm not disabled. I told them that they had the wrong number, as i do not have a prescription and i got a pitch about how their service was "free". so i'm going to go out and get a medical problem just so i can make use of their service??
