The office of my PC schedules a yearly Wellness exam with my MD. A week prior to that, orders for blood work and urine analysis are carried out in his office, at the same time a Wellness for Women exam is carried out by a NP specialist. All these reports are ready for my 45 min MD appt, where any findings, recommendations, and possible changes to my prescriptions are thoroughly discussed and options explained. All my questions are answered in a manner that does not belittle me. Any further tests (bone density, mammograms, etc) are done in office of this large practice. The staff (30+) know my face and name. I am routinely seen twice a year. He has caught some problems at early stages and referred me out to appropriate specialists. Perhaps I have been lucky with my choice of medical provider and his collegues at this practice. An at home visit would not do this and would be a poor substitute.

these people call me two times each morning at noon. never a message

A woman called and said that she was from CVS Pharmacy and wanted to verify personal info. First, we don't have CVS and the personal info are confidential. To me this sounds like fishing to get info to file a tax return for an old person which usually doesn't do tax return.

Ok, my guess you & I are all members of aarp! Last time 1 of these idiots called, aggressive & annoying, as I am abfh no biggy.concernrd@ other srs!!¡!!!

scam posing as unc United health care wanting to do home visit for medical exam beware scammers wanting personal information

the caller id said housecalls but it is some type of a scam. they are asking for the ex wife of my brother in law. they have been divorced 7 or more years and I have never met her so why call me? it is some scumbag locating service.

This number keeps calling at all times of the day and on a everyday situation. I "tried" to block this number, unfortunately unsuccessful.

The HouseCalls visit meets the clinical elements of an Annual Wellness Visit as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and includes the following services: comprehensive review of medical and social history; physical examination and health screenings, including biometric assessments (BMI and blood pressure); administration of cognitive screenings; assessment of overall health and living situations; comprehensive review of prescription medications; lab screenings for particular identified needs; member education; coordination with member’s primary care provider; and referrals to care management programs, behavioral health and other resources.

I get at least 2 calls each day from this number. I want them stopped.
