send them a certified letter stating your intentions regarding the car and that u want them to repo it....save that receipt you get back when the letter is delivered tell them they have so many days to come get it and also put in the letter that if they dont pick up the vehicle by a certain date then they give up there interest in the vehicle and its paid off and yours....trust me they will come get it

I'm trying something new. I have a list of pest callers by the phone. Whenever one calls, I take the phone off the hook and let them talk to the table top. Gets me a few minutes peace and adds a few cents to their cost of operation. (Wastes their time and ties up a phone line for a minute)If everybody did it, maybe the pests would get the message. Also should work for political calls, surveys, "charities" and others who are exempt from the do-not-call lists.

i've been getting calls from this number and im sick and tired of it!! i don't know what company this is or what they want.

Santander will constantly call you regardless of the standing of your loan. They started calling me several times a day weeks before my first payment was due.

i dont have an account with this company. I have never had an account with this company. I have started getting calls from them once a week and have spoken to two supervisors about having my number removed since they have supposedly verified that my name is not on any account. They informed me that someone put my number as an alternative number and that it would take 72 hours to filter through accounts to remove it.That was a month ago and im still getting calls....then they try to be "slick" and call from different area codes- 214, 469, 619....

From here on out... I will keep my loans through a local C.U. or something....never will I finance with a large company that WILL END UP SELLING TO THESE IDIOTS!!!!!

I keep getting multiple calls per day from this number on my personal cell and they do not leave a message. It is annoying.

Not true, cause I've call several time and make arrangement with them. They lie. they don't care you lost your job and your the only parent they just want there money.
