I am interested in the joining the class action suit.....what do i need to do or how do i need to get in contact with you. Have you filed suit yet?
FYI - the fair debt collection act DOES NOT apply to the loan or credit card account holder, so if your loan is now "owned" by Sandtander they are allowed to call whenever they want, whatever # they want. I removed all numbers from my account online with them as soon as they took over my old finance company. However, they still continue to call my work, my husband's work, my husband's cell, and all my references. They don't care, I've complained and complained to their customer service agents who just tell me to pay my bill. All the other complaints out there about calling as soon as you are one day late is right, they will forever call even when you speak with them and say what day you will be paying.... I just have them programmed and just pickup and hang up on them... they have roughly 50 numbers they hide behind!
