"Notice the phrase "this is a ...recorded ...sound file" - almost a legal disclaimer that you are being recorded that was translated badlyKeep in mind the "get you to say the word YES scam"I wish the Call type had "Scam"
Call on landline from 1-469-607-4695 on 3/25/17. Caller ID says "Informed Electo" with no message left. Same caller called from 1-469-607-4695 on 3/10/17 and I reported them to Do Not Call registry. Will also report this number to Do Not Call.
