Called my unlisted cell phone, which is also on do not call list. They left a message that I was not in trouble, as they were "my cardmember service". Problem #1 - none of my creditors have my cell phone number. They can contact me via my home phone. When I called them back, they could not explain how they got my cell phone number, then hung up on me. DON'T LIE TO ME, THAT MAKES ME EVEN MORE MAD.
I have tried to ask to be removed from their dialer and I am hung up on each time. I am not interested in this service and I am tired of the phone calls.
up to 3-4 calls a day to both my home and cell numbers. I am often overseas and this is very inconvenient and expensive even when ignored and it goes to voice mail.
Keep getting calls from the same company through the 480 number and 360-529-6177. Even though I am on the do not call list, and I have requested twice to be removed from their list. They hang up immediately if you ask them their name or how they got your number.Please do something with this marketing company. They do not give out any identifing information.
I have been getting calls from them for a while. I tried being nice, I tried talking rationally but that didn't work. I have never experienced any kind of niceness from any of the people on the other end. I used to feign interest and tie them up on the phone, we would go through all kinds of questions. Then I would tell them I changed my mind. That really gets them going. Now though, I have their ringtone set to silent, and it automatically goes to voicemail. They never leave a message, and I don't have to deal with them!
