Rachel from Card Services has found a new number to call from: 480-982-3626. When I waited to chew them out about calling they just disconnected when I didn't respond fast enough.

I do not know this number or who owns it. Want the calls to STOP from this number and anyone or any number affiliated with it.Thank you

My husband and I have gotten calls from this number and he hangs up I told them I don't have a credit card they have quit calling me and he still gets calls.

Take a step back and look at the big picture. You usually can't call them back because the phone numbers they use evaporate as soon as they hand up and if they do answer, the opt out feature never works. But they're going to keep calling you and that is their only weakness. Go to Walmart or any sporting goods store. Buy a canned air horn from the boating department and set it beside your phone. Next time the robo machine picks your number, press 1 to speak to a rep and as soon as they answer try to blow their eardrums out the other side of their head. This is our only defense. I horned Rachael at Card Member Services once then I put the phone back to my ear. She said in a very angry voice "do you feel better now?" I replied, "not yet" and I horned her again then I hung up on her! What great fun. The calls will never stop but at least you have the satisfaction of knowing that when the call is over, the person who called you will be more pissed off than you are.

I never got these calls until I registered my number on the do not call list.

Frequent calls. Repeatedly I've said I don't have a credit care (I DON'T!!) and please stop calling. I get hung up on. Ridiculous! How do I report this further. I'm tired of being pestered. This isn't telemarketing, this a scam. I work with the elderly and I've seen what a simple phone call like this can do. IT MUST STOP.

Just got off phone with a guy, I kept him on the phone as long as I could to waste his time which ended up being about 6 or 7 minutes, After there were no more questions that I could ask and said is there anything else you can tell me he said not untill I verify your account ( which I did not give him anything) I told him that " I actually have no intention of doing anything but waste your time and laughed at him asking how many calls he missed making because of me. He called me a prick and then hung up as I was still laughing.

call about interest rate on credit card. do not carry balances.have ask them not to call but they hang up.thanks

they use a device to change their number when you see it on your caller ID's that way you have to put in effort to find out who they are. Do what I do keep them on the phone as long as you can with out giving them any info then tell them youare just wasting their time, and laugh at them this gets them very very upset, because they miss out on making more calls while you are wasting their time.
