I have come to believe this is a debt collector or scammer who has spoofing or created this number to harassed people that ignore their calls. Don't answer this call, turn your ringer off until he/she stop. You can still use your telephone. ignore him of her.

Call your state paroling authority office, let them know that you're getting annoying calls. They'll give you a 1-877 number to call (VINE). Tell them that you want your number off the list.

This number is calling me 2 time an hour every hour for the past couple of years. When I call back its busy. Can't seem to get them to stop.

i called that number and didn't wait at all. the human lady apologized several times and said she would make sure the calls stopped as i was not a victim and my number must have been registered in error. anybody getting these annoying calls make sure to call 1 866 277 7477 x1.

Keep getting calls from this number for the last week. Very harassing

Its Vine Service. They notify you if an offender is released or transferred from jail. You have to select an offender and enter your phone number to be notified. I had a problem because it wouldn't stop calling me after being notified and i simply called the phone number below and selected option 1 and spoke to a live person and got it resolved. 1-866-277-7477 option 1

This is a notification system called Vine. They notify victims of crimes that the dangerous person is released from jail or has a hearing scheduled. Even if you are the person they are trying to reach, they ask you to enter your pin number and then pound so that the calls will stop. If you are not the right person, you will not know the pin. So try the 0000# or the last 4 numbers of your phone number #

This number calls every 2 hours and I've even called the toll free number and the operator took forever saying I needed a pin password to remove my number and then the call was dropped....then 2 hours after that they call again....its very annoying and harassing....they call at 8 am and then every 2 hours until 8pm......
