Called 10X total within 1 hour on my office line. If it is sears, I do not have a sears card - not sure why I'm getting these calls at work. All that showed up on the caller id was the nuber

These guys have been calling incessantly for the last few weeks. Once in the morning at 10 or 11 when nobody's home, sometimes in the early afternoon at around 1, and in the evening at 5-7. I have a Sears card which I am not behind on.

I receive calls from this number 10-12 times a day on my caller id..if I am home and pick the call up, there is usually a long delay with noone there. I am sick of it!!!! If it is Sears, why are they not calling me instead. I have also tried to call the # back and get the this is not a working #. This is all bull crap!!! I am sick and tired of it all!!!!

Please let me know who this is. I am soo tired of them calling also.

They call me every 6 minutes 4 to 5 times in a row. Normally the calls start around 8:30, 10:30, 12:30, and go until 8:30 p.m. It is annoying, they do not leave messages, therefore, I do not pick up.

Yes, they are the same as 502-522-9998 and are collection calls for Exxon/Mobil as well. They don't leave messages and often hang up when you answer. I've spent the better part of this afternoon calling them back (3 times, so far) to tell them I don't appreciate their harassment via prank calls. Each time being told they "will make a note of it" so it will stop. The fact that I've made 3 calls in less than 4 hours speaks to how true that is! This number on call back says it's not in service, pretty ingenious! Now why would a collections department not want to talk to you? Bad, bad practices! As I explained to them, without leaving messages and by hanging up rather than talking, I see no point in the numerous calls OTHER THAN HARASSMENT. And I'm not even the one who owes them any money.I feel a wonderful relationship with a great consumer attorney coming on. People, record your calls and conversations with these idiots. The only thing that will get their attention is hitting them where it hurts.

Been getting calls from Citibank, Citigroup, and Citibank Univer. Nothing really new. Citibank had taken over Sears portfolio, they did will at the begining but there aggressiveness has the Sears stock dropping. Heard a rumor that while Sears stocks where dropping the Citibank executives where giving themselve raises. I fell sorry for the people that work at Sears and K-mart that have profit sharing. Is Citibank the new ENRON? Sinces Citibank outsources the collection dept can they be held responsible for any violaiton of the Fair Collection Act?

Make that 4 times today, so far!Autodialer, filter problems ... I don't care about their excuses, the effect is the same.And she admitted the not in service number was their's, outgoing only.

Ok... this is citibank and its about sears. annoying and repeatitive. Just ignore them. they call , call and heck call again. Let them waste their time not yours... Just don't answer. Most of the time its a recording.

I keep getting calls from this number and don't know who is calling me. When I did answer the phone the first two times, they would not say anything on the other end... and they kept hanging up on me! It is very annoying and I don't want them to call me again, I need to know who is calling me. This number has been calling me for the past two days 7-9 times each day!
