It is a collection group for Sears/Citi Bank. they asked about amagazine subscription from 2005 with a huge balance due. Couldn't tellme which magazines I originally ordered or the credit card I paid with. I did talk to a manager ( I asked -- who knows) and they were very threatening but offered to have me pay 1/2 the balance. Wow!They said the charge would appear under easy sales solutions.com orspendcare -- after an hour on search engines I gave up looking for thosecompany names. The area codes they call from are British Columbia, Nova Scotia and Kentucky (USA).

All of my bills ARE paid ON time and in full and I am receiving these phone calls anyway! Got any other excuses.

They called several times and did not leave a message. Is anybody else getting calls from this number?

Yes, I have been getting tons of calls over the past week from them. All hours of the day and night. The voicemail has no message, but just a hang up sound or a bit of background noise.I have a business listed number and that's where they may have gotten my number, otherwise they are randomly calling everyone.

been calling over 20 times in one week also first thing in the morining and also late at night I want this to stop

I keep getting this number calling at all hours. It was as early as 8:00am today. Comes up as Citibank University.

I just recieved two calls from them. They sad they are from citicard. Call was not for me however. Asked to take the message they said they didnt have any. I asked why they were calling and hang up

These people call 6-8 times a day starting at 8 a.m.

I had 2 missed calls from 502 area code, the third was this number which I was able to catch and answer. They identified themselves as calling from Citibank regarding my Sears credit. I think Citibank owns everything now.
