I am unlisted, and on the do not call list, but this Company calls anyway... They never call from this number that a second # _800-927-2291 Also calls within 15 minutes.
Dear, that is a false accusation //If you don't want to receive calls from people like Bernett do not give your telephone number to shady companies//We do NOT give our numbers to "shady companies," sweetheart. Shady companies tend to hunt us down. Apologize.
I work as a caregiver in home -I care for someone with mental disorders. These a**holes called his number SEVEN times in one night -this is AFTER I told them the situation here. I blocked the number AND filed a formal complaint with the FCC. Unbelievable jerks! They should be shut down or at least very heavily fined.
I have been receiving calls from this number in the morning and afternoon for the past several days. It shows up on the caller ID as Bernett RSCH. I have never answered it, but the calls can be annoying. I just went to their website and there is a link to be removed from their call list. I did the opt out, and it said it would take no longer then 72 hours, so we'll see if it works. If it does, it's a pretty simple way to stop the calls. Just thought I'd share.
They call during evenings when we are trying to relax and have dinner, and they call even on weekend mornings when we are trying to sleep in!
just ignore these calls. as annoying as it is. the moment you answer, you have validated that your phone number. the caller will sell or pass along your 'valid' number to the next robo-calling center.
People get it through your heads. I understand you don't like the calls. What you don't seem to understand is that we, as employees, have NO SAY in when we call. We just dial what we are told to dial. Many times WE don't like it either.Rhett Babcock IS the boss responsible for much of this. The local managers are not much better, they just try to make themselves look good at the expense of the poor person doing the actual calls.You have no idea how miserable this place is to work. Rules that set you up to fail and arbitrarily enforced. If you really want them to stop calling, the best thing you can do is let them go through their intro explaining what the call is about, because jobs change all the time, and then politely tell them you are not interested and to please take you off the list. Very simple.Keep in mind that the person calling you has NO control over the calling other than setting callbacks if a person so requests. They have no idea of when you eat dinner. They have no idea if you have young kids. They have no idea AT ALL about what your personal circumstances may be.The computers do all the dialing, we just sit there and wait for a call. We also get briefed on how to conduct each survey. There are rules we have to follow or we get in trouble.So please, while we understand your displeasure, keep in mind that we most likely hate it as bad as you, if not worse.
