As a "research/survey" information gathering company, they apparently do not fall under the legally defined requirement for adherence to the appropriate legislation governing calls from telemarketers and their ilk. Since selecting the "remove me from your list" option on their website might not be effective in removing your number from their listings (judging by some previous entries), might I suggest you either: 1) write a letter of complaint to CEO of Bernett Research Matt Hayes [ matt.hayes@bernett.com ] listing your grievances; 2) call him at company headquarters at 617-746-2600; 3) call him at home (preferably at some ungodly hour) [possibly at 978-853-6336]; 4) forward the telephone number of your state congressperson (preferably their home phone, or better yet, their cellphone if possible) to this research firm(without revealing who the number belongs to) so they also can share in the privilege of receiving harassing phonecalls. Encourage others also affected to do the same, then call this congressman and inform them of your status as one of their VOTING (or potentially voting) constituents, tell them that you forwarded their number to this firm so they could be a firsthand witness to this company's unwanted aggressiveness, and inform them that you want preventitive action taken against the company; ESPECIALLY if they are doing political research for your congressperson's respective political party.

Called and then, in the midst of speaking, the call dropped. The guy who was talking couldn't even get out his name.

Ask them if they will be paying you for your time? And when they say NO! say then quit calling me because I charge hundreds per hour for my opinion. They haven't called since.

They called me three times now,first time asking if there was a "MAN"in the house,lol ummm ok why not speak to me? Second time they called i said they were not legit and hung up,third time they called i said if they call again there being reported!,waiting now to see if they call again!

Also they said they were from a radio station,i asked which one, they said all of them,lmao

These jack-[***] have called several times....Caller ID listing is Bernett RSCH....they never leave a message on the answering machine....most of the calls have been from nearly 9PM to 10:30 PM time frame.

Called at 5:35 Pacific time. When answering machine answered, there was a garbled few words, then they hung up.

Same here..........numerous calls and never a message except for today, a garbled mess that sounded like a threat.....I hope they call again as I think that the whistle in the phone is a great idea.
