"BERNETTE RSCH"3has been showing up on my caller ID for months, from 8:03AM to 10:30PM. I've never answered the calls, but there's never been a message left. If nothing else, these douch bags are persistant.

Called Late wouldn't identify after they asked for my husband and I said he was sleeping and hung up on me after saying it was James Steal. I feel nervous and uncomfortable now. Is this legal - please address. Caller ID indicate R Burnett. Non ethical and stalking like.

Unwanted calls from this number every night for a week now

Received a call from an R. Bernett leaving very strange message of criminal issue . Have no idea who this is

Actually, they do have to comply with the Do Not Call Registry unless they are surveying OR soliciting for charity or political organizations. As far as I'm concerned, EVERYONE should have to comply. What really irks me is when I tell these clowns that I do not accept telephone solicitation and they say they are not soliciting. They are soliciting my TIME!

These a$$holes called my house at 10:10 pm. This practice is against federal law. They cannot call after 8 pm. What a bunch of [***].

This number called my Fiancee tonight and she did not answer it, and her number is not listed with anyone! they called at 8:45 this evening

If we don't want to give our number to "shady companies " why should we enter our number on their website or on the phone for the do not call request? How is that? Isn't that sort of double talking your words? Since this company is shady?

I keep getting calls from this number. They call at all hours during the night. I asked them to stop calling and got another call 30 minutes later.

These jerks called our house at 1030PM tonight and when I said it's 1030 he said he couldn't help what time the call came through and kept continuing to aks to speak to my husband!!! SO rude! I told him it's my phone quit calling and hung up on him. Caller ID said Bernett R.
