Asked me to take part in a survey. The caller was easy enough to get rid of, but since my only number is my cell that has limited minutes, any call in unappreciated! Still, this is much better than the political call that woke me up after a 16 hour night shift! I almost voted the other way out of spite! I really feel the do not call registry needs to be expanded to include surveys and political calls.

I was looking for my works phone number and saw this. Just to let anyone worried about our calls know we are a legitimate company called RDD feild services located in las cruces NM. Were market research ,poltical, media, and opinion surveys. We only have an orgeon number because that is where we are based . We call you back until you either do the survey, or if you decline AFTER we rebuttal and say our whole introduction. You could also say Dont call me again, take us off your list, or put.us on your do not call list. Also the do not call list does not apply to us because were not sellin or soliciting anything. We dint leave messages because it does not get us anywhere and we have quotas to meet with our clients.sometimes we accidenty hang up because some numbers are pre coded and are marked that there was no answerand it hangs up . We are very persistent with trying to get surveys done with as many people as possible. We do not dial the numbers ourselves and at least 100+people work there. So we never call the same person back personally. BTW if we call for a media usage study don't be angry or uncomfortable ansewering our classification/statistial question . It is the most important answer for our clients so they know who they can target in commercials,ads, even see what high/low class think about certain things.it is kept classified.Also it is very much legal for us to call from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and there is no law against calling on sundays. I apologize for any inconvenience.Market research is actually very important with advertisement,political decisions, and choices companys make. Alot of 18-35 year olds do not have land lines. It is legal to call cell phones. As a research associate there i do many different surveys 7-8 hours a day. On certain days i could only get about 6 surveys done in total. If we say it is breif or short in the intro it really is. Hanging up during the intro will just make us call back . If yoy do not let us rebuttal we call back. So please make my job easier and just as us not to call back. Make sure we hear you because if we dont understand we will try back. Please and thank you :) !

Keeps calling me but wont actually leave a message. They have acidently left one but its just dead air. I'm getting really irritated with all the calls when I am on the do not call list. Dont know what else to do. :/

called at at 2:22 on Sunday, Father's Day. Came across as unknown name and did not leave a message.

...also, what is the deal with their opt-out page? It only includes the email address. They called me, so who is to say their records are correct and my phone number is linked?

Thank you!! I actually work at RDD feild services, many people don't understand we are doing surveys, and that all we do is perfectly legal . When people tell me they are reporting me ,are angry, cuss me out or tell me off it doesn't get either of us any where... I wish people would take a moment to listen to what i have to say and let me explain why were calling . We hear a beap, a new screen pops up, and we say our intro. I dont know what good being on the no call list is...I constantly get calls like this one! Argh!

WE HAVE DO NO BUSINESS WITH YOU, THEREFORE WHY ARE YOU CALLING?????I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOU WITH THE NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!!!!ONE MORE CALL AND I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL....Do not reply to this email...as it will be used as evidence against you!

We target younger respondents because they are harder to get. we get numbers all different ways but were not told. It could be from having a bank account to having a cell phone contract ect! I have bank of America and i was looking at a pamphlet that said i agree to getting those types of calls!!!Alot of our RAs are high school students or people going into collage. My voice is very young sounding and i do notice some people like 'uhmm..' Because i sound little :-(Not disclosing my name because i broke a privacy policy .. Dont want to get fired

I called htis 800 number back. I was polite, asked if they were part of RDD, he confirmed. I explained that i am getting multiple calls where no one says anything when I answer and I'd like to be put on the do not call list as i am on the Do Not Call registry. The man I spoke with was polite and stated that he will put me on their do not call list. We will see.
