Staying in middle class hotels that include a breakfast. For a family of four we usually get rooms less than $100. night. We use Dallas entertainment book as well. Do u actually get the trip? With airfare included? Was it worth the hour or two?

AMEN. we sat thru the same crap today dont think we are gonna get to go on our trip that we won the same way. not to mention the bull vochures they gave us for gas and $100 gift card for resturaunts . Atleast we got our $20 refund back after they gave us a almost uncashable check that had no phone # or address for the bank they use. and the vochures take 10 to 12 weeks after you mail it some where ain't that grand.

This is crazy. I keep seeing people who obviously don't know about kayak, travelocity, or any other name your price sight. Look, you can get a much better deal on a much better hotel than anything these people offer. Plus they are going to charge you a large fee to do it for you. If you are a big fan of not being able to sit squarely on a chair or for some reason like being on your hands in knees in pain, then these are your people. Otherwise I would stay away.

If Southern Journey is a "travel" company and promotes selling vacactions why do you purchase through an other company names "Sprint Incentives"?

I won the same " free trip" when I went to the pbr in February. I went to the seminar, as for the $100 restraunt card, its a minimum of $200 bill you get $100 off of that. The trip will cost you as well; option a for the cruise is a deposit of $100 per person, option b is $50 each person. Also if the amount is more than the $50 per person the rest of the balance is paid by you at the time of your trip.

There is absolutely no obligation to buy or sign up for anything. You receive the gifts for your time. There are taxes and gratuities associated with the trip though. They depend on the trip you qualified for, details should be in the invitation you receive via email to come into the office.

As for the dinner card, it depends on what restaurant you go to, it is not always 1/2 off of a $200 meal, there are other deals depending on the establishment. There are taxes and gratuities associated with the trip, yes, but Southern Journeys pays for the actual trip. So, it would cost you quite a bit more to go on the trip. Think about it, a 3 night 4 day all inclusive cruise for 2 to the Bahamas or Mexico for an hour of your time and approximately $500? That's a really great deal.

When they call they are required to go over ALL of the information on the entry form you filled out. The entry form asks your yearly income, age, name, address, phone #, and email address, and relationship status (NOT marital status). Everything is routine and they are just verifying the information you initially filled out on the entry form.
