I'm from Toronto and they called my cell (area code 647) yesterday around lunchtime... luckily I didn't answer but I guess they're making there way to the East.
got a call from this number at 836pm local PDT. Didn't answer, no message, and glad i didn't thanks to these posts.
It seems like this phone number is notorious for scams, and has been for at least three years! I experienced the same as a few here did. They were speaking spanish, and I just hung up.
Female recording in spanish. It was slow... :P for those of you not versed in spanish. Something about taxes and a thousand dollars.

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.
