Called 3 hours ago to verify my business listing with apple maps. They took it from elsewhere, but it really looks like Apple.

Apple customer service... they called me last night to verify that my wife had indeed came through with tje promise she made me last night at our local Apple store atthe mall. We had a dis-agreement there and ended up having a heated argument. Luckily, someone from Foot-Locker had walked by (uniformed too) and got in the middle of us, hearing how intense the argument was... well he calmed us both down & got everyone who heard what the argument was about together, formed a judge & jury RIGHT THERE at the Apple store, and (not) to my surprise, I was found to be in-the-right!!! So, she apologized, and the judge (Foot Locker boy) decided her "punishment" (that of which I can-not disclose this information) and dismissed everyone from the court room / Apple store. Anyway, I told customer support that she indeed did NOT follow through with the Apple store-Court room based decision... they are sending TWO ladies to my place as you read this (A red-head & a platinum blonde at MY request) to ensure that I am satisfied (being an Apple customer).And to think I was going to go & buy an Android when my contract was up with Verizon!!!

It is indeed Apple, they are verifying address for the new maps app for iOS 7.

Called at 3:14 AM. Is there ever a circumstance where that is acceptable?I haven't made an apple or iTunes purchase in years.

Totally legit call. Apple customer service rep called from this number to follow up on a call I had made to them earlier and an ongoing issue. Really appreciated the follow up.

It is Apple. I had Iphone problems and I called Apple and they called me back from this number.

(512) 674-2000 is a general line to apple's austin call center it's not connected to any departments. If you need to call apple back it'd be best to use the 800# as this one is not toll free.

Did not answer call, call was made on 10/27/13, has not called again, I will keep traces of future calls.
