The only way to stop Telefund, or any other such political telemarketing groups, is 'real' campaign finance reform to stop the top 1% from funding their puppets in congress. The only way to counter the top 1% big money in the election process is for Telefund, or any other such political telemarketing groups, to counter the wealthy contributions with many small donations from the remaining 99% of us.Get big money out of politics and the calls will stop!
These people call me everyday, all hours of the day. It's been at least 2 weeks of calls
Started 4-26-08, told my husband they were a "non-profit" and needed my help, referred to me as "Thomas" (not my name), but didn't go beyond that statement. Since then 916-0420 and 916-4001 have called several times but when I answer no one speaks.

Constant--but without name...or where from. No message left. I do not answer. Soooo annoying.
I have a perfect solution for ALL annoying telemarketers. If you have two cordless phones, when the telemarketer calls, answer the phone as usual, but click the second phone on too. Wait till they start talking, then place the mouthpiece of one phone against the earpiece of the other phone. They will hear a screech so loud that it will leave their ears ringing for the next 5 minutes. Pass the word on... it works every time!
