Missed call, but called number back after looking up the number and seeing it was Macy's. I had placed an order earlier in the day with them, but when I called the number back I found out my order had been cancelled... because they could not verify I had made the purchase! This was in a time frame of about an hour. I can understand cancelling the order after a day if you can't verify the purchaser, but 60 minutes is ridiculous!

Are u the scam because it's not authentic at all its fake my mom got a call and she hasn't shopped at Macy's since 2013 and she just now got a call from "Bloomingdales.com" saying they are from mazers department store

Bloomingdales is owned by Macy's and if your mom's card has lapsed, it's possible that someone is fraudulently attempting to use her card information at Bloomingdales.com - they probably caught that your mom hasn't used her account since 2013 and she or someone pretending to be her is attempting to buy something on the account.

Call from 513-398-5221 says they are from Macy's and to call about recent order before November 16th at 1-866-282-3977. Well I tried that specific telephone number and received message THAT NUMBER IS NOT IN SERVICE. Also, I have not purchased anything recently from Macy's. Currently on the

Caller ID 33663 telephone number 513-398-5221. Second call from this specific telephone number today, first time had different Caller ID associated with it. Caller ID 33663 did not leave a message, so I know this is not an important call. Is it because we are coming close to the holiday season, that these unwanted 'spam type' calls are being made.

Received seven calls from this number while online with a Macy’s customer Service representative. I asked if this was her calling me and she denied it was her. She later said, something happened to the system and she would call me. I blocked this number after getting seven calls with no message left. I called Macy’s customer service telephone number in order to obtain their help. Very strange.

I am so absolutely speechless right now. I received a call today twice from this number. I answered the second time and a woman asked if we knew how to reach the next of kin for a woman with my husband's last name because she had "passed". I told her that I did not recognize the name of this woman although it was my husband's last name. I then proceeded to call my husband at work to ask him (he did not know this woman either). I then called some of his family members who also did not recognize this name. I called the number back and it was Macy's Department Store! I then googled the number and found out it was their credit services. I called them to let them know how disgusting it was to use death as a means of getting in touch with someone, especially when the people on the other end of the phone don't know the person!! This is the lowest of low. I will never shop there.

For about a week now I have been getting calls from this number which have been waking me up or making me drop what I am doing to answer the phone. It only rings once and then nothing. It happens 5 or 6 times a day and I want it stopped immediately as I am on the Do Not Call List and will have to report this to authorities if it continues. Thank you.

This call did not leave a message and is calling at least twice a day.I don't want this type of call.
