Been getting calls for 2 weeks from these people. Never left a message. I do have a Macy's acct. I decided to call the number on my card. I do have a balance but it's not late. I haven't even gotten my bill yet.Anyway, since I don't have an Bloomingdales acct, it must be a solicitation phone call. I'm in good standing with Macy's.So, blocking this number. They call 4 times a day.

I have recieved numerous calls from this number in the past week and fibally found out who it is. As a member of the Macy's company, I can inform all of you that we as employees have been warned of this scam. It is NOT from our company nor does it have any ties to our credit line. Our credit company will not make personal calls to our customers. If they call you back, don't answer. And do not give out any personal information of any sort.

I got a call from this number too. They said they were calling from Macy's and what the balance was and insisted on my checking. When I told him I was driving in traffic, to call me later, he got mad and said he couldn't call later. I told then, I can't to anything. He got angry. I called the Customer Service number of Macy's and did find out they hadn't received my payment. Weird

Calling at all hours. Leaves no message on voicemail, and there is no one there when I pick up and say hello.

Repeated calls from this number over last few weeks. Claim they are from Macy's and my credit card is past due. Checked my account and no payment was due for 3 weeks. I finally answered and asked where they were located. They said the Philippines. I tried calling Macy's credit dept and Macy's corporate, but was referred back to the same number. They were completely useless. I'm considering cancelling all accounts at Macy's due to their incompetence.

I just got a call from this number to my cell phone. I didn't answer, they didn't leave a message. I read comments from others. I do not have, and have never had, a Macy's account. So if they say they are calling about a Macy's account, it is definately a scam.

They claimed to be from Macy's and said that my payment was overdue. I later checked and it was not overdue.
