Caller claims to be from Bloomingdales seeking to collect an unpaid balance. The information is incorrect. That balance was paid in full.I really don't know if it is Bloomingdales and their records are messed up or if it is a phishing scam artist seeking to get information. Probably the latter.
I receive calls every day, starting from 5:30am until 10:00 pm from this number. No messages are ever left!!Very annoying...It shows up as Unknown caller
I have received 39 calls from 513 area code phone numbers in Mason, OH (513-573-8028, 513-754-9874, 513-573-8038, and 513-754-9841) the past week. Now they are calling from 727-556-5492 in St. Petersburg, FL as well. I have already had 3 calls today from both area codes. I get up to 6 calls a day, including weekends. I thought solicitors are not allowed to call on Sunday's, so I'm not sure what this is. The 513 #'s said it is for "Macy's/ Bloomingdales," but I have never missed a payment. Then the 727 # said it's for "Macy's Credit Operations." Even if you block the numbers, they will continue to call from another number. I hope someone knows how to get them to stop for good. Please help. Thank you!P.S. I noticed the calls started a day after I stupidly tried signing up for tickets to a game show online. I will never do that again. They are a third-party scammer trying to get personal information.
I have gotten a call from this number 3 times for the last two days.I did not answer and they did not leave an message.I googled it and this site is what i found....

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
