who the heck is this? they've been calling me for the last few days and i never pick up and they never leave a message...
who are these people? they keep calling for the last few days and never leave a message. i'm never going to pick up their call...this is unacceptable. they can't pull that macy's trick on me because i don't have an account.
I'm not sure why but I too keep getting calls from them. I do have a Macy's account but it is current. I have called the number on the back of my cc and I keep getting people that barely speak english (no offence) but this is NOT going to work for me.
Just got the call - and this time got 2 minutes of some lady talking about how she was tired of calling these customers who wouldn't answer. Guess she forgot to hang up. How funny!
Got a call a few minutes ago. Recorded voice said "operators were busy please hold....."Reverse search says based in Mason, Ohio.
no messages left. calls persistently about 8 times a day. it has now been over a week. please make these people stop.
I work for macy's and this is actually a macy's number. It means you missed a payment, and if you're sure you made a payment or don't have a macy's account I recommend you investigate anyway because maybe something happened in the process or someone opened an acct with your info. If you don't feel comfortable talking to the person on the phone call the 1800 macys customer service number.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
