I got three calls within a few minutes for the first time on Wednesday. I have not had any repeats since then. A friend had emailed me to continually hit the #. It confuses the computer making the call and they will drop you off of their list because it costs them money for you to screw up their machine. It seemed to work, yahoo!The other "make 'em pay" trick was when a person you do not want to do business with calls, telemarketer, rude charity, etc,.... You tell them to hang on, then go about your business, again, this costs them money so they drop you off their list. You just hang it up when you hear the tone. Give it a try, it can't hurt and may help. It is Friday and I have heard nothing from that irritating 514. God bless!
514 958 0000 yes is a fax machine coming out of Canada. The actual company is Five Points Capital, located in San Diego, Calif. If you want the calls to stop call Michael Pal 866.490.2154 or send them a fax requesting no more calls to 1.800.461.6304. E-mail nofax@fivepointcapital.comHope this helps
Stop this number from calling me!!!!!!!!!! I try to call it right back to tell them myself but the number is no linger in service? They just called me! So they are faking the caller ID or have a block from getting calls back?!? Don't want to be annoyed w/ call backs from all the people they disturb over and over!
we are a business in Central NJ, the phone /fax calls started on Tuesday 1/20/09 to our IT helpdesk line, i am trying to trace the call but nothing found so far, i googled the phone number, tons of information online about the number but everything points to either a telemarketing company (unknown)but the generate from canada. if they call back i am going to play along and see what i can gather from it, If it is the fax again not much i can do.mf

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
