Apparently you don't know what sales is. A sales representative is not allowed to take no for an answer. If we do and just say thank you good bye we get in trouble. All we did was simply try to show you how to save money by giving you examples and reading directly off the card. Sorry you couldn't just hang up the phone and move on...
