Yup. Just got some call from "Ron" who sounded confused as to what he was holding in his hand. Indian accent, casually says he's "from Microsoft ok...about your computer." I said I don't have a computer and to take me off the list then I hung up and blocked the caller. Wish I would have thought quickly enough...If you get one of these you should bring up that it's a scam and question him and see what he says...
Call is from Long Island Nassau county not Selden like says on the phone it is a scam do not pick up your phone block the number.
I basically ignore these calls and to you as you do if I'm home hang up the phone. However it is quite annoying and wish there was someway we could put a stop to it.
It is a scam. It is more than likely a spoofed number from overseas. I get a sense of satisfaction seeing the number come up on my TV saying "CALL BLOCKED" and never having the phone ring. May they live a life of miserable poverty in some godforsaken third world country.
Indian Scammers calling from a "Microsoft Affiliate" to fix my computer.Just hang up on all of them. Low life scammers.
