this is the jane synovec agreement that she emailed me.. luckily i did my research and foud out it's a SCAM... i'm suspecting the person is probably not even in the US.. i looked up the ip address and will forward it over to the local authorities but it probably will not go very far...foreigners beware..i know you sometimes are looking for deals but please go with a company that will at least accept a credit card and that has a good reputation...pay the extra $$$ and go to a decent hotel.. I was looking for an apartment and this Jane Synovec offered me an apartment just half block away from central park. It sounds really good to be true, specially because why renting a 1.25 million dollar apartment for just $65 per night? I got scared about all the people I wrote to by Craiglist.
