The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated wit our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given their card number to these junkies have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn others, before they are cheated!

Some guy with an Arab Accent I think asked for a name, When I said speak English. The reply was I am Osama Bin Laden. I then told him he was dead, and then went to say the rest of your [***] Terroists will be killed by The US Military. He got very upset lol and then started cursing. I hung up, tried to call back, got an operator message that the number was disconnected.

I got the call and pressed "1" so that I could tell the person that I wanted my number on their do not call list. He proceeded to say horribly inappropriate, of a sexual nature, things to me. And as I began to yell at him to put his manager on phone he just continued with his routine of telling me that he was "hard, so what should (he) do about it?" I continued to yell at him and tell him that he was being unbelievable offensive, rude and disrespectful to me and I demanded that I speak with his manager. He told me that is manager was his girlfriend so what was she going to do about it. I finally got his to semi appologize and at least say that he would now put me on the do not call list. I don't believe him. I actually just looked up the phone number and it's listed as a "Charles Higgins" of 1841 W Midland Trail, Lexington, VA 24450-6301. The person I spoke with was a middle eastern accented youngish man. I'm still shaking from fury. I'm just glad that one of my little boys didn't answer my cell phone thinking it was my husband.

Called my cell. I should have answered it and said "Homeland Security Threat Reaction Force, who can we kill for you today?" and when the caller asked "What?" I'd explain we were the drone strike command arm and ask him for an authorization code.Then I'd say "I see you are calling from India, is this spoofed to the target location?"

did not answer, but looked up caller it said Higgins in Virginia. Just wandering how the scammer got my new cell number.

They leave you alone for a little while and just when you think they might leave you alone altogether the calls start coming in fast and furious. It seems to be a pattern, at least for me, when they either call the last couple of days of the month or the beginning of a new month. If only there was a way to bug the he$# out of these losers. Whatever happened to the privacy laws that are supposed to protect innocent citizens that go about their everyday life minding our own business and never being a problem to others. Sick of these losers.

Got this number that called this morning, I answered it. The Arabic guy started mumbling something and I tried to stop him by telling him I did not have a credit card and my name was on the do not call list. He then said " It sounds like you need your [***] licked, or you need to be fu$#ked better" in broken English! Made me so sick!

Their computer program dials thousands of calls at a time, at random. It was your turn. Since they are off-shore North American authorities have no way to stop them. Their programs exhibit false info so the authorities can't track back to them, and they are not under American authority or laws.

It was a recorded message and I press 1 to talk to someone and told them to stop calling and they hang up! Called again and it comes like a non working number. They called all phones in my sprint account with the same offer.
