Called my cell phone twice on 6-24-2014. Does not leave a message. My cell phone number is on Colorado Do Not Call List and National Do Not Call List. I don't answer numbers I don't know on my cell phone (it wastes my minutes).

caller ID says Nancy Higgins, does not leave message.

First time in forever answering a call that I do not know but the pre-recording from "Heather" with my "credit card". The recording stated nothing was wrong but wanted to let me know about a special discount rate that is now available due to my good credit rating. I'm in the midst of bankruptcy so yeah on my good credit. I disconnected before it got any further.

Called my cell, showed as Unknown from VA, USA. I did not answer, they did not leave message.

Called today but left no message. Then I get another bogus call several hours later. Why can't these places be shut-down?

These people are trying to scam others by telling them they will lower your credit card percentage. They say to press 1 for an operator or press 2 to be removed. I presses 2 and a recording said it was an invalid options. I then pressed 1 and a person came on. I asked to be taken off the list and they hung up on me. I checked this number on Google and many many people have complained about it and said the same thing happened to them.

July 15, 2009, 3:18 PM from the number in concerned to my cell phone. No voices on the line even though waited about 5 minutes. However, felt like somebody was listening though. Not sure if the phone carrier was interrupting the voice connection. The caller's phone number 540-463-3816 is from Blacksburg, Virginia, but I think this can be true.

This was a male with a Indian Accent. He first asked if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card. I said what credit card, since I don't have any credit cards. He didn't even ask for a specific name. He then said your Visa, when I called him out on his scam, he laughed and started using vulgar language !

I asked to be put on the no call list. He told me I had to give him a b-job first. He told me he had a big c@ck so I told him I know someone with a big c@ck too and handed the phone to my husband. He then proceeded to tell my husband how he was going to f#ck him and our daughter. My husband then introduced himself as with the sheriffs dept and asked who he was speaking with so he could file charges against him. The creep finally hung up. Nasty B@$tards.
