Just got a call asking for my ex-wife, we've been divorced over a decade and a half!Asked for her, then me, I told them we divorced years ago, asked me for her number, I don't even have it!

Possibly a collection company - received a call, she did not state her name only that she was on a recorded line asking for my ex-husband of more than 13 years ago. UNbelievable How they would have found me? I have a different name, and at least 10 phone numbers since then *they called my cell, and also live in a completely different state. NOPE I cannot tell you how to find him - havent seen him in more than a decade. Seriously these people, creepy they tracked me down when I have nothing to do with it, and keep most all my contact info private.

I got a call from this number but didn't answer and decided to look it up. A collection agency? I don't have any student loans, or any debt for that matter. WTF?

these idiot running debt collection with no brain, they bot old debt for 1 penny/dollar and they try to be rich , but they have no brain to begin with, the old debt is about 10 or more years old, the criminal who ran away from debt and drop their phone long time ago. Phone number is recycle and they think these criminal gonna sitting twisting their fingers for these idiot collectors to call for all these years . something wrong with level intelligent now a dayCaller: idiot

Once again our household received a call and no message from the "people" at this number in Oregon. We have been debt free for more than 20 years and this includes a monthly zero credit card balance. We will now report this number to those in our attorney's general office who handle this type of commercial harrassment and extortion; from the posts it is clear that a pervasive problem exists and needs investigation. If you're called, do not answer this number (unless you clearly have an issue with them); make them leave a message and a footprint and do NOT communicate with them; write-down the time, date and content of the message left; also request from your carrier a phone bill showing "incoming" call numbers so you have proof of time and date, most carriers will provide incoming numbers. Remember: these guys have money, and under the right circumstances some of it can be yours if you do your homework.

No outstanding debt-hate being harassed.

I have been called by this number numerous times. I know it is DCS and I know it is for me personally. However, when attempted to call back and rectify the situation, i was given the run around. Told that all the supervisors that could possibly help me, and the entire department which I was wanting to contact, were ALL AT LUNCH! I was on the phone with these people for over an hour being transferred here, there and everywhere, often ending in a voicemail at the end of it, promising to call me back asap. I was NEVER called back and only able to talk to a real human being, not an operator, after reporting certain operators to their supervisor (who was, of course, at lunch as well). They then offered me a bogus deal to rectify my situation. Do NOT deal with these people if they call you, esp if you dont have a debt to settle with them. They are rude and harassing - and from what I have been learning about the company themselves, have pathetic business praticies, an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB ( in Cali.) and numerous personal and class action lawsuits filed against them for harassment, amongst other things! STAY AWAY!

This is a collection agency that goes after student loans. They were trying to get contact information for our 40 year old son who quit paying his student loan.
