They keep calling, when I answer they hang up - never leave a msg, beyond saying this is your SECOND call regarding your auto warrantee; it is well beyond second, more like the 50th! And, my warantee expired in Oct. of 2006, when I called them to tell them to stop calling, they said they never called!

Called and when tried to call back number was disconnected. Searched online and others have been receiving unwanted calls from this number as well.

I have recieved several calls from area codes that belongs to Florida, this is one of the #'s. also another with area 305. i know those area codes because i work as customer Service rep, but i only have a friend on FL and she happens to have another area code, so i never pick the call. They have left a couple of messages on my voicemail. jerksis there any way to stop them????

Received a call on 10 April 2008 about a lower interest rate on a credit card. Informed them I was not interested and hung up.

This is just an idea. If we stick together, and contact the Aty. Gen. in Fla., and at the same time, file a complaint with the US- NDNC. If we all file complaints on the same day. Do you think they would do something then? Okay, someone pick a date...

Oh Jamie? As for breaking laws, then why does your company call numbers that are on the DNC list? Why does your company not purge DNC numbers via the DNC list that is available for download free for telemarketing companies? Why does your company not respect someone when you tell them to take their number off your internal and client DNC list, and continue to call? Why are your agents rude and cuss on the phone? Why does your company violate FL state laws and federal regulations about using automated voice calling, auto dialers, not correctly identifying the company name, a valid call back number and caller ID spoofing. Yes, you call under many numbers that are bogus numbers, and I have called your company many times and verified that infact you ARE IXE and infact I have requested to you approximately six times to not call my number, which is on the DNC list, and the FL Atty General's Office has told your company to not call me anymore. Yes, you have TWO companies under TWO different variations of names on the IXE Accelerated name. Please feel free to have YOUR attorneys file up with ME since your company CONTINUALLY CALLS ME ALMOST EVERYDAY, and Ill foward your attorney's name over to the FL State Atty General's Office and the multiple FDD 1088 complaints that I have made and the that is handling my complaint against your company. No, Jamie you can not be personally sued nor can the owners since it is an LLC, but you can be fined VERY HEAVILY. Lets go to court sweetheart, since right now, your company sits at approximately a 3 dozen calls to my DNC number at a $2500 fine per call.

Johnsul, don't believe a word Jamie says. I spoke to her a month ago after multiple calls from this company over multiple days and requests to not call me anymore. She stated she would put me on the DNC list. EXACTLY 30 days after I spoke to her, I started receiving phone calls from this company again. Putting someone on a call back for 1 month is NOT removing someone from their call list. In other words.. SHE LIED.

I got a call on 4/14 from this number. The caller identified the company as "card services", and when I asked what number that he was calling from, he said, "The 1-800 number on the back of your credit card". When I answered that he wasn't, he hung up. Obviously phishing for credit card information. I contacted the Florida Consumer Affairs Division and the Florida Atty General's Office, then the Palm Beach sheriff's office, who wasn't particularly interested since I wasn't scammed by this phone call. This is the second scamming call from Florida in the past few months.
