OPEN CHALLENGE TO IXE CO-FOUNDER JAMIE HAWLEYWhile yous scam of tricking people into providing their credit card info so you can quickly post over $900 in "service" fees to the account may be armor plated enough to be judged legal (if not downright morally unethical), you company's blatant and long-running multiple violations of the US TCPA are an entirely different matter.Using an autodialer to call every number in the US - volation.Calling people (repeatedly, even) who are listed on the DNC list - violation (for each and every call made).Using an autodialer to place fake Caller ID names and numbers on victim's phones - violation.Placing calls leaving unsolicited recorder messages on people's land lines and cell phones for unsolicited services - violation.Having telemarketers give misleading and inaccurate information to callers (such as lying about the name, address and business affiliation - we are affiliated with xxxx credit card company or bank") - violation.Telemarketers refusing to answer provide accurate information (see the above) when asked, - violation (each and every time the question is asked and the answer is not given truthfully).Refusing requests to remove a person's number from your auto-dialing list- violation (each and every time the request is asked and no action is taken). Seems to me if you are so clean and honest that you will promptly address these matters here for us all to see. I suggest you (as wll as all of her victims) go to the web site www.heatherwithaccountservices,com and provide information that will help reveal the true identity of the parties responsible for these illegal calls.My bet is that you will not respond here or at the aforementioned site because you are guilty of the above violations.As for you lawyers - bring 'em on!

I just had a missed call from this number. No message...but I'm assuming it's the same telemarketer that everyone else heard from.

This number just called my cell phone... as soon as it started ringing I googled the area code and saw this page with the exact number that called me listed in the headline. I thought it might be my little brother who is overseas with the Navy. I called it back right away and it said it was disconnected.

such a scam...please, if you have the time and want to screw with them, take up their time. stammer. act like your interested. give them bad info. put them on hold. string them along. and keep them busy so that they can't scam anyone else.

We've been getting these calls a lot recently. Three times, including today, I pressed '1' and got a person. As others have found, if you ask any questions and/or specifically ask to be taken off the list, they hang up on you. Calling the number back gets a recording that the number is not in service which clearly isn't the case. Why do the phone companies allow that???

People, if you've receive calls from this bogus number, keep accurate records (go to www.heatherwithaccountservices.com for an easy-to-fill-out form) because when these criminals are brought to justice in the courts (which will happen sooner then these idiots think), there is possibly $$money$$ in it for you for each of their documented violations against you (which, with each illegal call to your land line and/or cellphone, they pester you with, there are several distinct possible violations of the US TCPA)

I just got a call from this number and since i didn't recognize the number I didn't answer. They left a message saying that they could lower my interest rates to as low as 6.9%.

Received a call from this number showing to be Florida. Did not answer.then got a voice mail from the same number but no message left.
