i tried to call this number back, right after i rec'd the call (with no message) and i got the Operator recording stating that number had been disconnected.. ?? odd since i just got a call from that number

Just call them at 1-888-226-5185 and ask for Jamie Hawley and get their attorney's information from her. Do not accept that "Im sorry she's not available". I got through to her, and spoke with her, asking her for her attorney's information, and told her that if I got one more phone call, I would be filing a harassment suit. She is a very young girl, who has a very short temper, and does not like to be confronted that her company is breaking about a dozen FL state and Federal laws. She even denied her company was the one that called saying her company does not call for Car Warranties, Cruises, and Credit Card Interest Rates. I asked her then, why is it whenever I speak to an agent, they tell me that it is IXE. And why is it they don't identify themselves by correct company name but state "Account Services" in their illegal prerecorded messages. And why do they not respect the DNC list and repeated requests to not be called again. Needless to say, she began yelling over the phone. Jamie, you know who I am, and I know you also gave me the wrong phone number for your attorney, and you also spelled the last name of the attorney wrong. Yes, he is your attorney, but you are a POOR company President little girl.

This is the second taped call we received from "Heather" at 561-482-7092, re: credit card rates. I reported them to the Arizona State Attorney General's office, and that office forwarded my complaint on to the Feds (I think the FTC). Suggest everyone do the same.

I recieved a call from the # also April 8 2008. I did not answer. I googled the number and also found this site. You would think something would have been done since this seems to have been going on for some time now.

They said they were a credit bureau and called to lower the interest rate to 6% on all of your visa and master cards.

And no, I am not posting the company's attorney name. You want it, call her and get it. Im sure she would love to get the phone calls. ;)

Call came to my cellphone. Guy just argues with me when I insisted on being that they stop calling.

Called and didn't say a word. I kept saying hello and nothing happened. I tried to hang up and dial *69 to see who it was and they were still on the line, silent. I had to hang up and wait 2 times before the line was cleared. When I called the number back the automated phone recording said the number was disconnected. How is that even possible? Is there something illegal going on here? I swear to GOD if I get one of these [***] on the line live I will ask them what their number is and then tell them to take us off their list and remove their rights to distribute our address and phone number.

She wouldnt let me talk. So I called her a b and she hung up on me. The she called me back from 678 741 5400 and told me I was a f...ing b.... How nice. I would hate to do business with this company and have reported them to the do not call list 6 times
