just received a call about warranty. decided to mess with them and say I had a 1936 car when they asked for Year of car. They immediately hung up.

they probably have the line forwarded to a disconnected number but legitimately call us from 561-482-7092. This way they don't have to field callbacks and/or complaints

after attempting to hang up after the automated announcement with no prevail i selected #1 and spoke with a jerk named Adam who called me a liar when informing him that it is illegal for them to tie a line in that way he tells me no I assure you that is not true and i will prove it to you by hanging up on you. then I called the number right back and wouldn't you know it; it's disconnected

Of the two Florida-based companies known to be responsible for making these illegal calls, IXE Accelerated Financial Services is the one that often says there were given your phone number by Experian. In any event, just Google IXE's name (and also the other company, American Debt Negotiators/PHL Inc.) and see just how many complaints have been posted all over the inter net about these criminals. Also, the site www.heatherwithaccountservices.com has a lot of useful info on them and links for who to report them to.

called at 1.36pm something about a loan called their number back phone disconnected

I think they are dummying up the return number which isn't hard to do with voice over IP technology. I have gotten 3 calls from them over the last week, 2 for credit card interest rates and 1 for car warranty. The interest rate calls I said I wasn't comfortable giving out info over the phone and the first person hung up on me, the 2nd person said "I'm no longer comfortable with this call so I'm hanging up now." Next time I'm telling them I can reduce their interest rates if they give me their name and account numbers.

Received another call today from 561-482-7092: A recorded message that "it is urgent that you call regarding your credit card interest rate" etc. When I have spoken with a live person and asked questions about their organization they hang up. I'm concerned they are targeting elderly people in particular and attempting to frighten them with this "urgent message". I am on a do not call list as well. I've called the attorney general's office and the federal trade commission to report this.

got a call from this number 4/14/08 at 10:39am PDT. when i answered there was no one on the line. when i called back i got the recording that says the number is disconnected. i have gotten these calls before; they are a scam.
