This is an automated call to remind you of a scheduled appt that you or your primary care physician has made with your consent! They call three days and one day before your appt to remind you were to go and at what time they do leave a message. You cannot call back because 1 geisinger is a big hospital and has alot of numbers and 2 if you listen to the message they give you a call back number. This is not a collection call just a friendly reminder. I have noticed that alot of ppl on these sites must obviously not pay alot of their bills and are scared and come up with excuses for their inability to grow up. Stop making excuses and start showing up for your dr. appts not everyone is out to steal your money especially if you dont have any to pay your bills anyways.

This is NOT a legitimate call from Geisinger!Somehow they have gotten some kind of tie-in to Geisinger clinets, but I'm not sure how. These phone scammers can fake the caller ID to make it look like the call is from whoever they want to and from any number, even in a different area code than they are actually calling from.I too have an appointment coming up at Geisinger, but not for 3 weeks so they would not be calling me to remind me this soon---especially since I was just there less than 2 weeks ago.I do not owe them any money, and they have all the information about me that they could possibly want since I have been there at least 30 times in the last 5 years.The call I just got was a male with such a heavy foreign accent that I couldn't even understand what he was saying, so I don't even know if he said anything about Geisinger----that's why I came here to try to figure out who it might have been. Although I know they have thousands of employees at Geisinger, in all the times I have called there or gotten calls from Geisinger, I have NEVER had anyone that was not understandable and I seriously doubt that they would hire someone for phone work who was so hard to understand.If you get a call from this number DO NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AT ALL----DO NOT EVEN CONFIRM YOUR NAME!!!! And either forget it, or ask the caller what department he is with and ask to speak to the supervisor---although do not give the supervisor any info either because it is not legitimate--- or best yet, call back at some legitimate Geisinger number that you have gotten either from the Geisinger website or from calling information (NOT this number that called you) and ask for the department the person said they were in and ask if someone would have called you.

Just got a call from this number. Caller identified self as a follow up survey from my Emergency Room visit on Aug 14. She said it was actually one of my sons who was born x number of years ago. She did not have the right info although close. I never visited the Geisinger Emergency room and neither did any of my sons. We live a far distance from Danville and would not use their hospital. When I pressed for additional information such as address, etc. she hid behind the curtain of HEPA. Sounds bogus to say the least. Hospital suggested that I file a report with the police.

Geisinger or not ... I never heard of or had an appointment with them so that tells me SCAM DO NOT ANSWER !!!

Not at all true ... I owe no one and I have no affiliation with any medical facility for an appointment or otherwise ... this is a SCAM CALL.

Dr.Hahn is a rheumatologist at GMC, he is my daughter's DR. That is a line that you cannot call back on.

This is not a scam....that is Dr. Hahn of GMC in Danville. He is an acutal doctor, I know this because he has been my daughter's rheumatologist for 11 years. I think it's a number that we cannot call back on.
