For me, this number was on behalf of Capital One credit cards with a survey for their customer service on a recent call.
I saw a missed call on my office phone from this number.. As I was reading your comment that it was from a caller BofA.. then it's a call from Bank of America.
got a call from this number, but didn't took it. No voive mail. The same caller uses also 6169802127 and called me twice.This all happened after I did an oil change for my car at Jiffy Lube. I got my personal information delete at their ata base and will never again use Liffy Lube.I highly recommend to anybody in the same situation to complain at Jiffy Lube for giving away personal data or not keeping their data base safe.

Just got called by them 571-431-1960 and when I picked up they hung up (it was after 8pm my time). They've called before and have told them not interested and not to call again. The man on the other end got very belligerent especially after I told him I was on the do not call list and to never call again or I'd press charges, He laughed and said good luck trying....
Humm I wonder if we all should find out what all numbers they work with and just set up our computers and fax machines to call them every 15 minutes or so?????
this party has been calling me for months, often several times a day, and now in the evening. I have blocked the call but they persist. Today I checked with B of A customer service and I was told that I was listed as someone who did not want these kinds of calls. I will report back to B of A if they are responsible.

This Is NOT Wells Fargo! It does seem legit, but it is NOT. I called Wells Fargo & they said no one called me. ALWAYS call the # on the back of your credit card no matter what company it is.
