Maritz research called 3 times today 09/02/09 last call 8:13 pm. I'm on the do not call list. The bs they spew about being allowed to call is [***]. They have no right to harass anyone with their bs.

They're called Maritz Research, they have been calling all week only after 8PM (and since I've had the flu all week long they've been waking me up).They always wait 'till the answering machine picks up before they hang up without leaving a message; that's the most annoying thing about them.

claimed to be authorized by bank of america to run a survey on customer satisfaction with their services. I checked with my bank and they have no record of any surveys. I was advised to not answer any questions or divulge any info.

[***]...They keep calling and do not leave any msgs. We've registered our no. to donotcall but they keep calling. It's harassment.

Got a call from Maritz Research 571-431-1960..Doing survey for BOA. Asked for last 4 digits of social. Like an idiot. I gave it to him. One hour later 90.00 was taken out of my checking for a merchant in germany. BEWARE of this number.

A woman called her company wanting to speak with the person that called Capital One on Sunday. This is before 9am so not all our people were here. I told her I had no idea who that might be. She said she would call back as they were trying to [***] the customer service quality of the call. So add Capital One to the list of companies that Maritz Research (I'm assuming that's who it is from the other posts, I saw no text ID) assists with quality control.

I got a call from them this evening said they were a research firm from Canada. I told them I don't talk to people who have unknown names coming in on my phone. She was very nice but I said I was sorry I don't do surveys from unknown numbers!!

Why did u get billed?

i was in the shower and my farther answered the phone they wanted to speak with me about my company and how my company could do better with some things. they did not go in to detail with my farther but he did let them know to call back around 7. i was able to trace back my call to the maritz.com website but found it strange that they would ask my farther explicit questions about how my company ran there day to day events. when they call back i will post more details on the phone convo.
