Liar! You are the ONLY person who agrees with this call. None of us had any HOSPITAL stay, so why are they doing a follow up on us? You must work for them. Besides Hospitals don't make yearly checkups, Doctors do.

It is Press Ganey(? spelling) they do independent surveys for medical clinics, dr's and hospitals around the country. If the service is paid by Medicare and you use their services they independently check the services performance both personnel, workers and management. No names are used just choose a.b.c.d. kind of answers. I am on dialysis they send us a survey to get our opinion of how we are treated etc. Medicare pays most of the bill they are checking that we get our moneys spent ok. They send the survey by mail then follow-up with a call.

Same, medical survey. I was at the ER. They did not ask personal. Wanted info. on service received. Was I satisfied with how I was treated. So the guy, if he had the same, is not a liar.

I agree I have had no hospital stays... and our local Drs/ nurses follow up on their own... not hire someone 5 states away.. SPAM

I got the same call and no one in my family has been in the hospital

Had a baby two weeks ago, been getting calls from this company every couple of days since I left the hospital. Haven't answered the phone at all but judging by the other comments I'm assuming they are calling to do a survey. Super annoying.

I too went to the ER a couple weeks ago.Recieved phone call @11:15am from this # in "South Bend, IN" who left no message. Judging from others comments, this seems to be a repeat pattern of either abuse and / or incompetence.
