dont ever answer anyone you dont recognize the ID for.. in this case it's a survey for peole who recently visited a hospital, I was an inpatient for 4 days 5 weeks ago and got this call... I didn't know if it was legit so I didn't answer questions and just hung updont ever answer a call unless you know the ID, if it's important they will leave voicemail or send a letter
Not every marketing call is OUT TO GET US! This company is called Press Ganey & Associates and do follow ups for mailed out surveys that are not returned - I also failed to respond to the dialysis survey they mailed me - the good news to all is that I AM NOT A LIAR - thank you
Neither myself nor my wife have been in a hospital in the past 18 months. Only to our long time family doctor. Any idea why we would be contacted for a health or services survey?
Just got a call from this #. Called ID only said Indiana. No hospital stay for me so I have no idea why I would be getting a call for a supposed health survey.
Not true; medical institutions are required to monitor outcomes and report such. Some (no idea how many) contract for that information.
My dad has been receiving calls from this number but we didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. He is a dialysis patient though. They should leave a message as to not seem suspicious.

just received a call from this number. Caller ID reads: Press Ganey. I did not answer and the caller left no message. I have not been in the hospital but have a close relative that was in the hospital and returned home on Monday of this week. I never answer calls from unknown callers. I consider it an invasion of privacy for any type of solicitation or survey without my consent. I advise anyone to not answer calls from unknown sources. If the call is important and/or legitimate, the caller should leave a message.

Claims to be from a roofing team. Somehow knows real name and city. I keep getting texts like this from different numbers, they stop responding when I ask how they have my number.
