This number has been calling me and I don't know who it is.

Got a call from this number. NO ONE HERE WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. So why in the hell are they bothering people in a totally different state.

Called several times under UNKNOWN NUMBER. Never left a message. Finally accepted call today to tell them to take me off their calling list. Badly mispronounced my name - when I tried to correct them the man told me I was WRONG on how to pronounce my own name. Then, I tried to tell him to stop calling me but he kept repeating that because I have complained about an incident with a nurse in the hospital, I was required by LAW to answer some questions. He then tried to get a lot of very personal information out of me. I said I would not answer and again told him to never call me again. He said he would call at anoter time and continue to call until I gave him the answers the hospital wanted or until I agreed not to do a lawsuit. I felt threatened so I gave the phone to my mom who worked for both a hospital and and a lawyer and knows how to argue to law. He hung up on my mom when she identified herself.

Yes UTEX, rt don't no one call you in a year..I said hello and they said hello and hung up the phone... it is some type of scams.

I have the call protect app on my phone, and it auto blocks this number beacaue of the thousands of fraud reports against it. Problem is, I’m notified each time the app blocks a call, and this number will redial my number about 16 times in a row before they finally move on. Very annoying!

If this is true that they're a survey company then why don't they leave a message???? It's annoying. If you're a legit company then act like it.

Think this was the first call and thankful to have read all these comments! They left no message as I obviously would not answer an unknown caller! Another to add to the blocked list. (Oh and neither husband nor I have been in the hospital recently)

It was a survey on my stay at a hospital. They did not ask for any personal information it was all related to my hospital stay and their services. That was all. I was more than hapoy to tell them what a crappy time i had.

Scary they called and knew my name, then hung up when I didn't answer, caller id PRESS GANEY

Hey, no need to name call. It's true. I was in the hospital last week and received a call this morning. I just ignore these calls. Save their number listed as NOTIMPORTANT. If I can I try to block it.
