My mother was hospitalized at the end of last month and passed, so I assume that is their reason for calling. I don't feel comfortable filling out a survey about this due to the circumstances - if there was a problem with her hospital stay or with the staff, I would have reported it.

Called me before...Machine answered. No message. Caller blocked. Called again today. Automatically blocked.

Piecing together the common bits of the comments made on this number, it is a survey aimed at people that were just in the hospital or other medical services. I just got out of the hospital and was told that I would be receiving a survey soon. They didn't say if it was by phone or by mail. These days you don't know who to trust, I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message telling me that they will call again and without that, I'm not going to be sharing any personal information with a stranger, especially one from Africa, like the phone scam king, Nigeria. Maybe it's legit but I'm not taking any chances. The medical center is serious about getting feedback they should read these comments and make some changes on how they are contacting patients.

I've received four, or five calls from this number. Just answered it, and someone with a very heavy accent said they were doing a survey for medicare. I told them to remove my name from their list. My phone lights up red, and says "scam alert" when this number calls me.

Didn't answer, waited to see if caller would leave a voice message - they didn't. Have been receiving several other similar annoying calls after recent hospital stay (Saint David's, Austin TX). Pay attention to what you sign during registration.

I told them the hospital didn't have enough nurses and tech for them to do there jobs so some people give the nurses a unfair bad rating . thank you for taking care of our love ones . They did not ask for personal info .
