I receive a phone call from this phone, but is very curious because i was expecting a phone call from this facility at this time and the person was a little aggressive when she notice my accent. Any way I was very pleasant wit all M.D. and Staff in Texas Children"s Hospital, but this type of surveys look suspicious.
They called me to follow up on the care i received while an inpatient in a hospital in texas for 12 days. It was a survey tonsee if i was satified with the care i received while in the hospital. It is a legit company hired to do the customer satisfaction surveys. So am i a liar too then?? So before you call someone a liar get your facts straight [***]!!
Keep getting calls from this number. I don't answer, they never leave a message. Can anything be done to stop this? It's very annoying.
Sorry UTEX that was not directed towards you....it was to the person who was calling everyone a liar
Did not identify themselves. They asked for my husband and totally mispronounced our last name so I hung up on them.
I see that over the years this number has been used for calling people who have had some sort of medical work done, for the most part anyway. Some of you think the calls are legitimate while others consider the calls a scam. I've noted some harsh word exchanges over the time as well....My wife recently had a medical procedure performed on her, and also has been getting this particular caller on her cell phone for several days now. She is not answering and they are not leaving any messages. Regardless, it is our policy to NOT respond to unsolicited long distance calls, and especially from people who appear to be unable to speak in English very clearly.Giving out any information to strangers over the phone is just not safe under any circumstances these days. If our medical provider (in this case my wife's) is so interested in knowing how we're (she's) feeling, they can send a questionnaire by USPS, or just have their already available staff call us directly. I'm too old to have a big brother somewhere in India or Pakistan wanting to learn all my personal business. Or account numbers... We are under no legal obligation to pick up and talk to anyone we do not know -- especially if they haven't the decency to leave a message.
The name is legit and Press Grany, at lest the real one, conducts healthcare surveys, but why would anyone reveal any information to a stranger even if "Press Grany" comes up on caller ID. If they really care about your opinion, tell them to send you a written questionnaire. Also, even if legit, there is no proof that the information you provide isn't sold to others.
