I too have a listing on VRBO and have received calls as well from this number. It only rang twice, but I wouldn't have answered any way.
I just got a call from 590-783-7178 (Nov 15- 2:55pm eastern time) and picked it up on the 3rd ring. I said hello twice, then a male voice that sounded foreign did say hello, but then hung up. I also have a listing on VRBO.com
Just got a call from them today. Never picked it up, no message. I also have an ad on VRBO.
This number called me today at 10:00 a.m PST I answered on the 3rd ring and whoever it was immediately hung up. I checked the area code on white pages and it said it was an invalid area code, so I then went online and found this site. Sounds extremely suspicious...another type of scam?
I got a call from this # today and I also have a listing on VRBO website. I did not answer because I did not recognize the area code.
Smae thing as everyone above....rings twice then nothing. I have this number listed on VRBO also.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
