I answered and they wanted to offer me a lower rate on my Credit Cards. I told the gentleman I did not have a credit card. I asked him if someone had taken one out in my name. He said his records showed I had a Visa. I asked to speak to his supervisor. He said he was the manager. I said that's nice but I want to speak to your supervisor. I was put on hold. Someone came on the line and said, "I am the supervisor of the call center and our records show you can get a lower rate on your MasterCard". I said, "I thought it was my Visa". I told him I was going to call the police, he told me to "f*** off" and hung up

This m. Mcgee called me on Feb. 7, 2014, also on July 20th & 26th of 2013. Once again this robot voice says she will assist me to lower my credit card interest rate. It is still the "Second and final notice" - you would think if that was the FINAL notice they would leave me alone! So, I was invited to press 1 to speak to a "LIVE representative". I said nothing, I pushed no numbers. So, this robot said, "Sorry! Wrong response!", and then repeated the offer 3 times, each time adding the "Sorry! Wrong response!" because I still said nothing. To you, M. McGee, I now say, "My response was the RIGHT response: saying nothing at all. You really do not have anything of value to offer to me."

Am in Toronto. Called today at 2:50 in the afternoon. Did not pick it up and no msg. left. No information on call display.

Just received another call from 6042511333 and this time there was actually a person on the other end.Asked me which card i wished to receive the lower interest rate on , Visa or Mastercard?When I questioned her on how she got my phone number , she hung up.How many people does this company have to annoy before some sort of action is taken?

I cannot forget something I don't already know, and neither can anyone else reading here. Your callers do not maintain this site or this web page. Your callers cannot magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. You will not get compliance with your orders until, if possible, you deliver them *directly* to your caller.

Got this call this evening, sask time, called it back, said number cannot be reached, what?? They just called???? I don't answer them either but was curious as to what it'd say when called back
