About reducing interest on my credit cards Visa - Master Card but didn't know witch one when I asked. He said that didn't matter just have to give them some information and they fix everything. So I said "You call Visa and or Master Card and they give you the info" He hung up. I'm on the Do Not Call List for more than five (5) years but these calls they just keep on coming (especially the duck cleaning bast...s)

Just received yet another call from them - blocked the number but seriously - they'll call from another number.

had the same BS from this number, I am very appreciative of sites like this one that offers awareness of consumer scams. If we are on guard they cannot hurt us. Thanks everyone

Hello,I just received a call from 1-604-430-1091. I am very dissapointed with the way I was treated by this company. Their pitch is to lower your credit card 'interest rate.I decided to press 1 so that I could ask the person who replied to take me off their contact list. Only to realise that she instantly hung up in me. Isn't this wonderful? I Googled their name and even tried to call them back on this number, to only find out that you cannot contact nor know their company name.Terrible. This should not be allowed 'By law'!

And please to everyone posting here -- it is as simple as that.The "Card Services" people are scammers, and the phone number that shows on your call display is NOT the number they are calling from.They are not in British Columbia, and so the Canadian do-not-call list does not apply to them and cannot be used to control them. They are somewhere offshore. (They may just be in the US -- these criminals use Canada to operate in the US, and use the US to operate in Canada.)They are using technology that shows you a FAKE phone number in Canada. Even if the number is a real one, the person the real number belongs to is NOT the person making the call (so it is really unfair to put anyone's name or address here).The people making the calls are CRIMINALS, pure and simple. Their phone number is a lie, what they say is lies. They want information from you that they can use to DEFRAUD you by charging your credit cards.Have we not all been on this earth long enough to understand this now???

April 3, 2014 called to cell. Ignored and blocked it. Clueless as to who it was and am giving up on stopping it. Just block and move on!

This phone number called my line. When I answered, there was 'dead air'. I hung up immediately.

I do not reply to calls where I don't recognize the number so let it ring out - I then called the number only to be told that this number is no longer in existence - funny - someone is using the number - be wary!!
