Well he has done th car dealer thing for years in Maple Ridge and surrounding areas. He also took advatange a lady who had horse's in the interior of BC and cost her everything. He also has used the scam of having cancer and used it to scam people. He is a waste of skin.

Another one of his famous stories is that he lost a wife and child to a drunk driver, around Christmas time, years ago. Supposedly he absolutely hates the holiday, but yet the he constantly rambles on and on about all the lights he uses on his numerous ranches, et al. In addition, he proclaims to be ordering huge holiday trees from various suppliers in the States. At one point he was "fishing for assistance" in processing monies because of the challenges of exchanging currency between the US and CA. At the time, I suspected he was planning on writing a check, having the person in the US cash it, then convert it to a prepaid cash card, having the necessary numbers transmitted to him to use, before the bank realized there were Zero funds available against the written check.I can only speak for myself, but I am not impressed by the 100,000 + lights he strings on his imaginary ranchs, but more impressed with the person that only has one light in their home, but is able to pay their power bill on a regular basis.

when I first talked to him he was retired living with a woman in Maple ridge with a mistress in Armstrong then he said he bought a condo on granville street then when I showed up at his door in Maple ridge and met him 2 years ago every day it has been a different story from working off shore to ex wife had his money seized to government having it seized to having cancer to bridge loans to carrier has lost the check half dozen times bank can't figure out how to transfer his Boss has his check in his car It's a different story every day but he still insists he don't lie !!! When we were in court he tells the judge he works for food and lives for free But has a financial statement he will bring next time.He knows what he is doing he just don't care he has dug himself a big hole and I'm sure the RCMP will be interested in all these stories!!

I only visit here once in awhile to see if this loser has been sent to jail yet, and it seems as if he hasn't. I don't really understand why... he's affected so many people, taken everything from them.... how can this possibly still be going on? It's been years now....and it sounds like he is still at it.Why is the legal system so lame that this guy is allowed to prowl around and rack up the victims even though everyone knows that he is a criminal???

He actually didn't do anything to me... I was suspicious of him as soon as I heard of him. I've never met him, but someone who is in my family (the story is refered to in some of the posts here) was involved with him and literally lost everything. It was horrifying to learn how smoothly he operated and completely heartbreaking for my family. Unfortunatley, I live far away and didn't find out what was going on until it was too late.... he got everything he could and then broke contact. I am not going to give any specifics here, because it really is not my story to tell. Darryl better hope that he and I never cross paths.... just sayin'
